In corrosion protection for nuclear facilities, we rely on ACQPA-certified coating specialists under the careful supervision of our in-house FROSIO inspection team.

Prominent customers in our generator component program include Andritz Hydro, Andritz Pulp & Paper, Elin Motoren, GE Power, Geppert Hydropower, KONČAR – Generators and Motors, Framatome, and Jeumont Electric.

Our production capacity is supported by facilities at two locations: Zagreb and Sesvetski Kraljevec. 

Zagreb facility is equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 63 tons and dimensions of 140 x 24 x 11 meters, while the Sesvetski Kraljevec facility features a hall measuring 100 x 16 x 5.4 meters with a 20-ton crane.

Our equipment includes:

• Continuous shot blasting machines with a maximum workpiece width of 3,000 mm and length of 12,000 mm
• Gas and plasma cutting machines capable of cutting steel plates up to 180 mm thick
• Press brake machines with a bending length up to 6,000 mm and a maximum bending force of 600 tons
• Numerically controlled annealing furnace measuring 7.6 x 6.6 x 3.5 meters, which reduces residual stress in statically and dynamically loaded structures after welding
• CNC EPP welding portal for butt and fillet welds, with a maximum plate thickness of 80 mm and a welding length of up to 24,000 mm
• Chamber shot blasting machines for workpieces up to 15,000 x 7,000 x 7,200 mm
• Coating and thermal coating booths for workpieces up to 24,000 x 9,000 x 6,000 mm
